Water licences—Alcoa

I refer to the WA Government's water licensing fee structure.
(1) What water licences has Alcoa held in WA, including current and expired; and
(a) can the minister please provide the licence number and water volume allocation for each?
(2) What total licence fees and other charges has Alcoa paid for each of these licences; and
(a) can the minister please separate by licence if there is more than one?
(3) How much water has Alcoa extracted from ground and surface water sources in the last five years; and
(a) can the minister please separate them by year?

(1)(a) The current versions of all water licences held in WA by Alcoa, including licence numbers and volumes, is provided in table 1. All of Alcoa's licences were renewed prior to expiry, so there are no expired licences.
Please note that the content of this table 1 also responds to information requested for question (3)(a).
The answer to the rest of the question is in tabular form. I seek leave to have it incorporated into Hansard.
