Hon Tim Clifford (1:04 pm): I present a petition containing 1,341 signatures couched in the following terms:
To the Honourable the President and Members of the Legislative Council of the Parliament of Western Australia in Parliament assembled.
We the undersigned are concerned about the safety of pedestrians who cross East Parade, East Perth, at the East Perth Train Station.
We therefore ask the Legislative Council to recommend that safe road crossing infrastructure is installed as soon as possible on East Parade at the East Perth Train Station.
And your petitioners as in duty bound, will ever pray.
