614. Hon Steve Martin to the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the minister's previous answer in relation to traffic impacts due to the 12-month closure of the Fremantle Traffic Bridge.
(1) Has modelling been done to ascertain the extent of the impact on travel times?
(2) What does the modelling show or can the minister table the modelling?
(3) How many vehicle crossings are currently estimated to clear at each of the following on average per weekday for:
(a) Fremantle Traffic Bridge; and
(b) Stirling Bridge?
(4) What percentage of road users currently utilising the bridge are expected to divert to Stirling Bridge?
(5) What is the risk of the closure taking longer than 12 months?
