Health asset maintenance audit
795. Hon Anthony Spagnolo to the Leader of the House representing the Premier:
I refer to the answer to question without notice 765 asked on 17 September regarding the terms of engagement letters to Dr Fong and Mr Barnes for the snap audit into Western Australian hospitals. These terms of engagement letters expressly mention that terms of reference for the snap audit will be provided.
(1) Have these terms of reference for the audit now been provided to Mr Fong and Mr Barnes?
(2) If yes to (1), will the Premier table them?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question. The following answer has been provided by the Premier.
(1) Yes.
(2) Copies of the terms of reference for the audit into WA health infrastructure maintenance have been requested as part of supplementary information through the Standing Committee on Estimates and Financial Operations 2025–26 budget estimates.
