Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to establish the Western Australian component of a national scheme that regulates activities involving gene technology, and genetically modified organisms, by applying precisely the same system as applies under the Commonwealth Act in those situations where the Commonwealth Act is constitutionally unable to reach. |
