Long Title
The purpose of this Bill is to address criminal law reform in the areas of: Paedophile sex tours; Acts or omissions causing bodily harm or danger; Disclosure of official secrets by contractors; Chapter IX - Unlawful assemblies and Breaches of the Peace; Restrictions on publication of stalking proceedings; Attempted infanticide; Stealing of mussels and other species raised using aquaculture; Property offences by spouses; Presence of accused at trial; Deletion of reference to "masters" and "servants" in The Criminal Code; Procuring, inciting or encouraging a child to commit an indecent act; and Offences concerning persons being found aemed or similar with intent to commit an offence.
