Long Title

This Bill is the second in a package of three Bills to facilitate the implementation of electricity reform. The purpose of this Bill is to give effect to the restructure of Western Power and create four new Government entities in the form of the Electricity Generation Corporation, the Electricity Networks Corporation, the Electricity Retail Corporation and the Regional Power Corporation.
