SynopsisThe purpose of this Bill is to amend the Unclaimed Money (Superannuation and RSA Providers) Act 2003 and the State Superannuation Act 2000 to provide for the transfer of the stock, and ongoing responsibility, of lost and unclaimed superannuation money held by Western Australian public authorities and public sector superannuation schemes to the Australian Taxation Office.
Status Assented to
Royal Assent given 29 Aug 2014 as Act No. 22 of 2014. Different sections of this Act come into operation on Royal Assent and Proclamation. For details refer to Commencement Clause of the Bill (see also Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
