Long Title | This Bill amends section 37 of the Legal Aid Commission Act 1976 to give the Attorney General the power to authorise the Commission to provide legal aid without applying the means test in certain circumstances. However, the Commission will still consider whether it is reasonable , in all the circumstances, for legal aid to be granted. |
