Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Amendment Bill 2005

Long Title
The purpose of the Bill is to amend Schedule 2 of the Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Act 2004. The amendment ensures that those convicted under sections 60 and 101 of the Censorship Act 1996 are to comply with the reporting requirements of the Community Protection (Offender Reporting) Act 2004.
