New Tax System Price Exploitation Code (Western Australia) Bill 1999

The Bill is designed to overcome the limitations of the legislative power of the Commonwealth Parliament. This is due to the fact that certain activities, such as transactions involving individuals or partnerships, may fall outside the scope of the revised Commonwealth Trade Practices Act 1974.
