Synopsis
The purpose of this bill is to amend the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003 in relation to unexplained wealth and other matters, and to amend the Criminal Property Confiscation Act 2000 in relation to the role of the Corruption and Crime Commission.
Status
Assented to
