Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to make a large number of amendments to a range of Acts, all of which are aimed at facilitating the speedier resolution of criminal justice by contributing to the modernisation and streamlining of our courts. These amendments are consequential to the passing of the Criminal Procedure Bill 2004 and the Criminal Appeals Bill 2004. |
