| Synopsis | The purpose of this Bill is for an Act to provide a nationally consistent, integrated approach to regulation and quality improvement for education and care services. This new scheme will replace the existing separate licensing and quality assurance systems for centre based care, outside school hours care and family day care. The Bill will also make consequential and other amendments to various other Acts, and for related purposes. |
