The purpose of this Bill is to clarify by amendment to section 45(2) of the Energy Operators (Powers) Act 1979 and to section 81(2) of the Water Agencies (Powers) Act 1984 in terms of Government Agencies putting public facilities on private land. This Bill does not make any changes but clarifies Acts of Parliament already in place. |
