Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Young Offenders Act 1994 in order to close loopholes in the Principal Act, whereby young offenders escape conviction "three strikes" due to the interpretation of the provisions of the various Statutes, principally the Young Offenders Act 1994. |
