| Long Title |
This Bill will give constitutional certainty to this registration scheme and complement the proposed Commonwealth Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Legislation Amendment Bill 2001 that will authorise the conferral of State powers on Commonwealth authorities and officers. This Bill will also deal with the form of legislative response to the decision of the High Court in The Queen v Hughes (2000) and other related matters. |
