Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to provide Western Australia with a nationally consistent scheme that will support dangerous goods transport regulations and the Australian Dangerous Goods Code. The Bill extends responsibility for compliance to all parties in the transport chain, thereby creating a comprehensive regulatory framework for the safe transport of dangerous goods. |
