Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to provide for the confiscation in certain circumstances of property acquired as a result of criminal activity and property used for criminal activity, to provide for reciprocal enforcement of certain Australian legislation relating to the confiscation of profits of crime and the confiscation of other property, and for connected purposes.
