Long Title | The purpose of this Bill is to make consequential amendments to WA State laws which are required as a result of the commencemnt of amendments proposed to be made to the Corporations Act 2001 (Commonwealth) by the Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (Commonwealth). The Bill will amend references used in WA State laws such as "stock exchange", "futures contract" and "futures market" which require amendment because they will no longer be used in the Corporations Act 2001 (Commonwealth) as amended by the Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (Commonwealth). |
