Synopsis

The Industrial Relations Amendment Bill 2008amends the Industrial Relations Act 1979to abolish the position of the President of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission as established by the Industrial Relations Act 1979. Minor consequential amendments to other legislation are included in the Bill.
