Hope Valley-Wattleup Redevelopment Bill 2000

Long Title
The purpose of this Bill is to - provide for the development and redevelopment of certain land in the local government districts of Cockburn and Kwinina (particularly in Hope Valley and Wattleup); appoint the Western Australian Land Authority as the Authority to undertake the development and redevelopment; and provide the necessary powers for the Authority to undertake the development and redevelopment.
