Liquor and Gaming Legislation Amendment Bill 2006

Long Title The purpose of this Bill is to support the Government’s commitment to stimulating more innovation and choice for consumers, while at the same time promoting lower risk drinking environments and addressing alcohol-related anti-social behaviour. The reforms include measures to protect the health and safety of consumers and the public generally.
Status Assented to
Royal Assent given 13 Dec 2006 as Act No. 73 of 2006. Different sections of this Act come into operation on Royal Assent and Proclamation. For details refer to Commencement Clause of the Bill (see also Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
