Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Builders Registration Act 1939 and the Home Building Contracts Act 1991 to enhance the ability of the Builders' Registration Board to maintain high building standards in Western Australia and to improve the operation of the Building Disputes Committee, which is to be renamed and hereafter referred to as the Building Disputes Tribunal, to a level of service which is acceptable to both government and the community.
