Land Information Authority Bill 2006

Long Title The purpose of the Bill is to establish a statutory authority to undertake the Government's land titling, land information and land valuation functions. In addition, the authority will lead the commercial development of the State's Land Information Databases, which have acquired market value in recent years as a result of significant changes in technology and demand.
Status Assented to
Royal Assent given 16 Nov 2006 as Act No. 60 of 2006. Different sections of this Act come into operation on Royal Assent and Proclamation. For details refer to Commencement Clause of the Bill (see also Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
