| Long Title |
The purpose of the Bill is to establish a statutory authority to undertake the Government's land titling, land information and land valuation functions. In addition, the authority will lead the commercial development of the State's Land Information Databases, which have acquired market value in recent years as a result of significant changes in technology and demand. |
