Long Title
This Bill amends the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act 2003 to ensure that a secondary victim claiming for mental and nervous shock consequent upon injury to another person is eligible for compensation, and to ensure that the recovery procedures in the 2003 Act are available to assist recovery of orders made under the repealed Criminal Injuries Compensation Act 1985.
