Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to amend the management planning provisions of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984. The Bill seeks to establish the pre-eminence of the Conservation Commission of Western Australia as the body responsible for the preparation of proposed management plans for the lands that it has vested in it on behalf of the state and the presentation of those plans to the Minister for approval.
