Tobacco Control Amendment Bill 1998
|Long Title||The purpose of the Bill is to amend the Tobacco Control Act 1990 to provide an increase in funding to the W.A. Health Promotions Foundation. The Bill seeks to achieve this by -|
specifying the Foundation's annual budget for the financial year 1998/99 as $16.9 million; and
setting the subsequent financial years' budgets as this base figure, plus an increase to reflect the Consumer Price Index.
