Long Title
This Bill is part of a legislative package that reforms the lower courts of Western Australia. The purpose of the Bill is to implement recommendations of the Law Reform Commission (LRC) and provide for a uniform system of enforcing the civil judgements of the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts. The Bill also provides for the overarching role of the Sheriff and the appointment of bailiffs.
