Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to: address the inequity in management fees paid by Public Trustee Common Fund participants; align the operations of the Public Trustee to those of private sector trustee companies; provide support to disadvantaged members of the community and extend range of services; and effect reforms to improve efficiency and transparency of Public Trustee's operations.
