Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Workplace Agreements Act in order that -
a new workplace agreement cannot be registered without an accompanying form, signed by the new employee, indicating that he/she has also been offered the job under an award; and
existing employees who are already on workplace agreements may opt out of such agreements. |
