Long Title

This Bill is the first of a package of three Bills which will overhaul the way in which the electricity industry operates. The purpose of this particular Bill is to - create a wholesale electricity market; provide for the development of an Electricity Access Code; establish an independent licensing regime and Tariff Equalisation Fund; and grants the heads of power to develop measures to protect customers in the new market.
