| Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to mirror the Commonwealth Offshore (Registration Fees) Act 1994 and provides for the method of calculation and payment of fees required for certain documents affecting titles in State coastal waters, that is titles to be granted under the Offshore Minerals Act. |
