Long Title The Criminal and Found Property Disposal Bill 2005 provides police officers with a simplified method of disposing of property that is seized under the Criminal Investigation Bill.The Bill also provides methods of disposal for any other property that may come into possession of police.

Royal Assent given 16 Nov 2006 as Act No. 57 of 2006. This Act comes into operation on a day fixed by Proclamation (see Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
