Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to protect the integrity of the Western Australian racing industry. The Bill proposes to prohibit the: establishment/operation and use of betting exchange; and publication of Western Australian race fields without the appropriate approval.

Assented to 12/12/2006
Royal Assent given 13 Dec 2006 as Act No. 70 of 2006. This Act comes into operation on a day fixed by Proclamation (see Assent and Commencement information for Acts)
