Long Title | The purpose of this Bill is to implement a number of changes recommended by the Western Australian Electoral Commisioner, including -
providing for the formal registration of political parties; enabling greater efficiency and convenience in the casting and processing of absentee and postal votes, and in candidate nominations; and
removing a number of obsolete provisions from the Electoral Act 1907. |
