Long Title | The purpose of this Bill is to introduce daylight saving to the State of Western Australia. The Bill proposes to introduce an intial period of daylight saving on 1 December 2006 with the finishing date of 25 March 2007. The Bill has a 'sunset clause' which allows for a review to be undertaken by Parliament, and presented to both Houses by 31 July 2009. |
