Long Title | The purpose of this Bill is to rectify an inconsistency in the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Western Australia) Act 1995, through which certain veterinary chemicals and some veterinary preparations added to feedstuffs are exempt from the control of the Act. This means that contols that are intended to apply nationwide cannot currently be applied to these chemicals in Western Australia because of these exemptions. This Bill ameliorates this situation. |
