SynopsisThe purpose of this Bill is - to establish the Minerals Research Institute of Western Australia for the purposes of fostering and promoting minerals research for the benefit of the State; and to repeal the Minerals and Energy Research Act 1987; and to amend certain other Acts as a consequence of this Act, and for related purposes.
Status Assented to
