Long Title |
The purpose of this Bill is to introduce reform in the areas of -
mediation in the Supreme Court; establishment and review of court fees in the higher courts; judicial support staff in the higher courts; appointment of Commissioners to the District Court; the Liquor licensing Courts; and
the payment of judgement debts in the Local Court. |
