Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to repeal the Grain Marketing Act 1975, introduce new grain marketing arrangements for the Western Australian grains industry and effect the merger of the Grain Pool of WA and Co-operative Bulk Handling Limited. This is to ensure the continued prosperity of the Western Australian grain industry while allowing it to keep pace with changes occurring both nationally and internationally.
