Long Title | The purpose of this Bill is to give effect to the Report of the Joint Select Committee on the Constitution (1991) and the Fiftieth Report of the Standing Committee on Legislation. This Bill amends the Electoral Act 1907 and the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899. It contains provisions dealing with the eligibility and disqualification of persons elected to Parliament. |
