Long Title | The purpose of this Bill is to complete the legislative reform that the parliament commenced when it enacted the Legal Profession Act 2003. The Bill seeks to regulate the legal profession in a way that is sufficiently flexible to balance the requirements of small, local firms and larger, national firms. |
