The purpose of this Bill is to empower the W.A. Police Service to take direct action to prevent graffiti damage from taking place. The Bill creates an offence for being in possession of graffiti implements in suspicious circumstances, without proof to the contrary, and provides police with appropriate powers of search, seizure and disposal of graffiti implements. |
