| Synopsis | The purpose of the State Agreements Legislation Repeal Bill 2013 is to ratify an act to repeal various state agreement acts. The following acts will be repealed, The Broken Hill Proprietary Company Limited Agreements (Variation) Act 1980, the Broken Hill Proprietary Company Integrated Steel Works Agreement Act 1960, the Broken Hill Proprietary Steel Industry Act 1952, the Iron and Steel (Mid West) Agreement Act 1997, the Nickel Refinery (Western Mining Corporation Limited) Agreement Act 1968. |
