Alcohol and Drug Authority Repeal Bill 2005
|Long Title||The purpose of this Bill is to repeal the Alcohol and Drug Authority Act 1974.The Bill dissolves the Western Australian Alcohol and Drug Authority and as a consequence - |
(a) staff employed by the Authority will be employed by the Minister for Health in his incorporated capacity pursuant to section 7 of the Hospitals and Health Services Act 1927; and
(b) all liabilities, rights and assets of the Authority will be appropriately invested in the Minister for Health.
