Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Fish Resources Management Act 1994 to provide for a new type of licence (a "fishing tour operators licence") to be created by regulation. The commercial activity which the licence will regulate is the provision of "fee for service" recreational fishing tours, whether they are conducted on board a "charter boat" or through another form of guided fishing service.
