Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to underpin the establishment of the Metropolitan Health Service Board, to clarify the role of the Commissioner of Health and to improve the Minister’s power to obtain information in the possession of appointed boards and to oblige appointed boards to keep the Minister informed of their financial and operational position.
