Long Title

The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Child Support (Adoption of Laws) Act 1990 (WA) by adopting a range of changes made to the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1998 (Clth) and the Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989 (Clth) which have been enacted since 1994 when Western Australia last adopted changes to the Commonwealth child support legislation.
