Synopsis
The purpose of this Bill is for an Act relating to the conduct of commercial arbitrations, to repeal the Commercial Arbitration Act 1985 and for other purposes. This seeks to achieve the objective of facilitating the fair and final resolution of commerical disputes by impartial tribunals without unnecessary delay or expense.
Status
Assented to
